I bought my Marvel comics in the late 1960s when I was about 10 years old. I would cycle 20 miles to a local UK shop - then I stored the Silver Age comics safely away for 56 years! The Horns of the Rhino! / cover / 1 page. / comic story / 20 pages. First Line of Dialogue or Text. Beginning: A great new era in the ever-changing life of the world's most amazing web-spinner! The Rhino attempts to kidnap John Jameson to turn him over to foreign powers that want his secrets about the U. Spider-Man manages to stop the Rhino. Horns of the Rhino' is a story arc spread over 3 issues (Amazing Spider-Man #41/42/43) which introduce Mary Jane Watson and Rhino, and also make John Jameson in to an antivillain! Horns of the Rhino' Issue #41 opens with Aunt May and Anna Watson in Anna's lounge room talking.

Anna offers for Aunt May to move in with her, but Aunt May declines since she feels like Peter should still be looked after, even though Anna states that he's nearly twenty and is going to college. As Aunt May heads to the door to leave, Anna says she supposes that Aunt May is right, but is quietly thinking that if Peter were her nephew, she'd try to make him more independent. He asks if he can finance it, and the shop owner says that if the bank approves of the loan, yes.

He adds that they'll also need a credit reference, and Peter says that J. Jonah Jameson will vouch for him.
