Clean case with no cracks, chips or major scratches, these older PGX cases do have a sealed inner plastic well that the comic is in, the sides of the case can be pulled apart a bit but not enough to where the inner well could be removed or that the corners would not show cracks or evidence of being tampered with, this is how all these older cases are, will be bagged.
