First mention of "Daily Planet" instead of "Daily Star" which was used in earlier comics. First ever use of mysterious "Green Ray" by Luthor which weakens Superman's powers. Bearing in mind that Kryptonite was first mentioned three years later on the radio show "The Adventures of Superman" in June 1943. Kryptonite first comic appearance was.

First issue with DC Bullet on the cover "A DC Publication". Restoration includes Color touch, pieces added and reinforced all of which were done very professionally and is difficult to notice.
